Leadership coaching and insight that helps you understand how you show up, recognise what’s helping or holding you back and make meaningful changes to how you lead.

From one-to-one leadership coaching to strengths and multi-rater feedback, the starting point is always greater self-awareness.

Why coaching

Sometimes you need space to think.

Leadership can be noisy.

There’s always another meeting, another decision, another problem to solve and another person who needs something from you.

What leaders don’t always get is the time and space to step out of that noise and think properly.

  • How am I showing up?
  • What’s working?
  • What am I avoiding?
  • Where am I getting in my own way?
  • What’s the impact I’m having on the people around me?
  • And what do I actually want to do differently?

That’s what good coaching creates.

Not someone giving you all the answers.

Space, challenge and support to help you find better ones.

Coaching isn’t about telling you how to lead. It’s about helping you become more intentional about the leader you want to be.

What could we work on?

Multi-rater feedback and insight

Build a fuller picture of your leadership impact by bringing together feedback from the people who experience your leadership.

Multi-rater feedback can help identify patterns between how you see yourself and how others experience you, creating a powerful starting point for reflection, development and coaching.

How coaching works

Your coaching. Your agenda.

I’m not there to give you a script for how a leader should behave.

Coaching starts with you.

We’ll agree what you want to get from the relationship, explore what’s happening in your world and use the sessions to think, challenge, reflect and move forward.

01

Clarity

Get clear on what you want from coaching and what would make the biggest difference.

02

Explore

Step back from the day job and look at situations, behaviours and assumptions from different perspectives.

03

Challenge

Ask the questions that aren’t always easy to ask yourself and explore what might need to change.

04

Act

Turn insight into practical action and test new approaches back in the real world.

Think. Challenge. Act. Reflect. Repeat.

Coaching style

Supportive doesn’t mean comfortable.

I believe good coaching needs both support and challenge.

You’ll get space to think and someone genuinely invested in helping you move forward.

But I’ll also ask the awkward question.

I’ll challenge the story you’re telling yourself when it needs challenging.

I’ll notice patterns.

And I’ll help you turn the conversation into something useful rather than simply having an interesting hour.

Because insight matters.

But what you do with it matters more.

Strengths and self-awareness

Understand what’s already strong.

Development doesn’t always need to start with what’s wrong.

As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, I often help leaders explore what they naturally do well, how those strengths contribute to their success and where the same strengths might occasionally become a blind spot.

That understanding can create a much richer coaching conversation about leadership style, relationships, decision making and performance.

Multi-rater feedback

See your leadership through a different lens.

We all have a view of the leader we think we are.

The people around us experience the reality.

Multi-rater feedback brings those perspectives together, helping you understand where your intentions and impact align and where there might be a gap.

Used well, feedback isn’t a scorecard.

It’s a conversation starter.

How do I see myself?

How do others experience me?

What’s the gap?

What do I want to do about it?

I can use multi-rater feedback as a standalone development experience or combine it with leadership coaching to help turn the insight into meaningful action.

Who I coach

Who is coaching for?

I work with people at different stages of leadership and career development.

New and emerging leaders

Build confidence, self-awareness and your own approach to leadership.

Experienced managers

Step out of delivery mode, challenge established habits and strengthen your leadership impact.

Senior leaders

Create space to think through complexity, relationships, decisions and the impact you’re having across the organisation.

High-potential talent

Prepare for what’s next by understanding your strengths, development priorities and the leader you want to become.

For organisations

Coaching for your leaders.

Coaching doesn’t have to start with an individual approaching me directly.

I also work with organisations looking to provide coaching as part of wider leadership development, talent development or support for key individuals.

That could include coaching for:

New managers
Leaders stepping into bigger roles
High-potential talent
Senior leaders
People completing a leadership programme
Leaders receiving multi-rater feedback

Where coaching is organisation-sponsored, we’ll agree clear expectations around objectives and confidentiality from the start.

Works well with

Coaching can be part of a bigger journey.

One-to-one coaching can work brilliantly alongside wider leadership development, giving leaders space to apply the learning to their own challenges and leadership context.

Coaching also sits naturally alongside team development when the whole team needs to move forward together.
